Shearing machine is a device specially used for cutting various sheet metal materials. However, many employees' wrong operations have caused various work-related accidents. So what should we pay attention to when using the shears?
1. The shearing machine should be used and kept by a dedicated person. The operator must be familiar with the structure and performance of the machine tool.
2. It is strictly prohibited to use the shearing machine with overload. It is not allowed to cut hardened steel and hard steel, high-speed steel, alloy steel, castings and non-metallic materials.
3. The cutting edge of the blade should be kept sharp, and the cutting edge should be blunt or damaged, and should be sharpened or replaced in time.
4. There should be a special person to command when multi-person operation, and coordination should be coordinated.
5. It is forbidden to cut two materials of different specifications at the same time on the shearing machine, and overlap cutting is not allowed.
6. It is forbidden to use the handle to facilitate the operation under the pressure plate when cutting the board and feeding. When cutting short material, use an iron plate to hold it down. When cutting material, keep your fingers away from the knife edge at least 200 mm.
7. After aligning with the pry, the pry should be pulled out immediately before cutting. If the iron plate is moving, use a wooden pillow to secure it to prevent the prying from popping and hurting people after the presser foot comes down.
8. The cut workpieces must be placed steadily, not too high, and not allowed to be stacked on the aisle. Remaining materials and waste materials should be cleaned up in time to keep the site tidy.
1. First, turn on the power, turn on the key switch on the control panel, and then press the oil pump to start, so you can hear the sound of the oil pump rotating. (The machine does not operate at this time)
2. The adjustment of the gap must be paid attention to when cutting the sheet, which is generally located on the side of the machine. Adjust the gap according to 12%~15% of the sheet. The value of the gap can be read on the dial. (For example, when cutting a 10mm sheet, the gap can be adjusted to 0.12mm)
3. Backgauge adjustment generally has electric quick adjustment and manual fine-tuning. You can adjust the approximate size first and then manually fine-tune to the position you need to cut.
4. Step on the foot switch until the sheet cutting section is released, otherwise it will be automatically lifted during the loosening session.
