Some Tips of How to use Hydraulic Shearing
1. Cutting the double sheets is forbidden, trimming the edge of the rough selvedge is forbidden.
Cutting the loose narrow and short material is forbidden.
2.The gap between the cutting board should be adjusted according to the thickness of the sheet, and it shall not be 1/30 greater than the sheet. The cutting board should be fasten and firm, the upper and down cutting board surface should be kept parallel, the operator inspect it after adjustment in order to avoid the accident.
3.The cutting edge should keep sharp. If the cutting edge becomes blunt or disintegrating, replace it in time.
4.The sheet metal should be firmly pressed on the pressing device when shearing, it is not allowed to shear on the loose status.
5.For the equipment equipped with hydraulic device, the hydraulic valves are not allowed to adjust except the throttle valve.
6.For the thickness of sheet metal cutted by the hydraulic swing beam shearing machine, it should be determined according to “the Relationship Curve Chart of The Plate Limited Intensity and The Plate Thickness”.
